Integration access for qualified platform teams.
The Sasung Power pilot program provides EV, robotics, and UAV engineering teams with structural cell samples, the BMS SDK, and direct engineering support for integration scoping. We accept a limited number of new partners per quarter.
What You Get
Resources for a practical integration scope.
Pilot partners receive the resources and engineering engagement provided to full integration partners, plus a defined six-week scoping timeline before either side commits to production.
Structural Cell Samples
Receive SPW-C1 cells in a format suited to your platform, along with a qualification data package covering combined mechanical and electrochemical load testing results.
BMS SDK Access
Access the BMS C library, HAL specification, and Python telemetry API under NDA. Includes a firmware integration guide and reference HAL implementation for Cortex-M4.
Engineering Support
Work with a Sasung Power integration engineer in weekly calls throughout the six-week scoping period. Support includes load case review, geometry fit analysis, and BMS integration.

Apply to the pilot program.
We review applications weekly. Selection considers platform type, load case specificity, and team technical readiness. A detailed description of your platform and integration goals strengthens your application.
Applications remain confidential. You will receive a response within five business days stating whether your platform qualifies for the current intake cohort.
We prioritize teams that:
- Have a defined platform and load envelope
- Have an engineering lead who can integrate the BMS HAL
- Are targeting production integration, not academic evaluation
- Can commit engineering time to a six-week scoping program
